Based at London Farnborough Airport in Southern England, we bring to market a broad experience in aircraft charter, operations, sales and marketing. Working closely with highly respected and reputable aircraft operators we carefully select the right mix for our clients. The company have always embraced the latest technology and our operators too are selected for their commitment to technological advancement, consistent reliability, safety, security, discretion and prestige service. Responsible Travel 
Flightplan are Corporate Partners in the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office' responsible travel programme KBYG
Responsible travel is widely becoming recognised as an important facet in corporate governance and employee 'duty of care' policies. Around the world certain areas are considered worthy of some additional preparation prior to travel. At Flightplan we take this responsibility seriously and as part of our commitment to this policy we have joined the Foreign & Commonwealth Office in a programme entitled 'Know Before You Go'. The programme is designed to assist and encourage companies and individuals to properly prepare prior to travel. We are the first dedicated air charter company to partner the FCO in this programme. To assist clients, we provide an active Country Information Report free of charge, together wih regular updates where required. These reports are compiled by the FCO and specific countries are constantly monitored by the government office to provide current and factual information. Baltic Air Charter Association 
Flightplan are proud to have been awarded membership of the premier Baltic Air Charter Association
The principal objectives of the Baltic Air Charter Association (BACA) are to promote integrity and professionalism in aircraft charter. The BACA has been the leading industry association since 1949 and today, members must show that they operate their aviation business to the same high standards of integrity and professionalism set out by the original association. BACA's patron is HRH Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh and the association is part of the prestigious Baltic Exchange in London.
