After almost 25 years in this industry I still get a 'buzz' when a client phones me to say how they enjoyed their experience with our company (every client is given my mobile number and I actively encourage feedback - day or night).

I believe that our support for Climate Care has signalled the start of a serious commitment towards achieving a sustainable future for private air travel and we continue to work hard towards our goal and for support from across our industry.
